- You will also be required to pay the sum of N200.00 (Two Hundred Naira) only into Oyo State Nursing & Midwifery Committee Account. Bank Name: First Bank Plc. Account Number: 2019704292
- You will have to submit both the UCH receipt and First Bank teller’s during the payment of N200.00 at Room 6, School of Nursing in order to get a SCRATCH CARD with a special PIN which you will use to log in to the website to submit your application.
