All the federal government-owned universities decided to increase their school fee schedule for all students studying for undergraduate degree and postgraduate.
The University of Lagos also increased its fee but made it possible for all students to pay the fee by installment.

This is to inform the general public including the current students of the University of Lagos and it’s pending applicants that the management has finally released the school fees schedule for the 2025/2026 academic session.
UNILAG School Fees for the 2025/2026 academic session as released by the management stays in a range of N126,325 to N190,000 for all students.
UNILAG School Fees For Freshers 2025/2026 Academic Session
All newly admitted students (Freshers) of the University of Lagos (UNILAG) are to pay a fee that starts from a minimum of N126,325 to a maximum of N176,300.
It should be noted that the above fee is the range from the minimum to that of the maximum amount to be paid by UNILAG Freshers for the current academic session.
UNILAG School Fees For Returning Students For The 2025/2026 Academic Session
All returning students (200 to 400 level) of the University of Lagos (UNILAG) are to pay a fee that starts from a minimum of N100,750 to a maximum of N190,250.
Kindly note that the above fee is the range from the minimum to that of the maximum amount to be paid by UNILAG returning for the current academic session.

How To Pay UNILAG School Fees By Installment 2025/2026
If you wish to pay your fee in installment, then consider following the steps below;
- Go to the UNILAG Portal
- Login with username and password
- Click on pay fee
- Select 50% payment mode
- Generate RRR and proceed to payment
- That’s all
How Much Is UNILAG Acceptance Fee?
For the current academic year at UNILAG, the stated acceptance fee mandated to be paid by all newly admitted students is between range of N20,000 to N50,000.
